    FLEXION RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
     
    FLEXION prides itself in providing its customers with top quality products and aim to achieve a 100% satisfaction rate with every product we sell to you. For this reason, we have made the exchange & returns policy as simple as possible, just in case you feel you would like to exchange or return any purchases.
     
    Returns & Exchanges for Faulty or Damaged items
     
    If you receive an item which appears to have been damaged or deemed faulty, FLEXION will gladly exchange or refund the original price in accordance with the following process:
     
    You must notify FLEXION within 30 days of receiving the product of the flaw or damage, and then arrange the return of the product to FLEXION within 30 days after such notification. You can notify us via email on hello@flexiongear.com or contact our customer service team between 9.00am and 5.30pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time) on:+61 449 995 051
    Please note that the original tags must remain on the product and the product must be unused/unworn and in original condition.
     
    Returns & Exchanges and Incurred Costs

    FLEXION is happy to exchange any items due to incorrect sizing, colour or other personal preferences. Customers are responsible for the costs associated with the return shipping to FLEXION, however FLEXION shall ship your new product back to you at no extra charge.

    Returns from Australia
    1. Email hello@flexiongear.com stating which products you would like to exchange/return.
    2. FLEXION shall email a Returns & Exchanges Form to you which you are to print out and complete. This form must be included in your return to FLEXION.
    3. Ensure the original Invoice is also included in your return.
    4. Please place your items in an AUSTRALIA POST satchel and post it off at your nearest post office.
    Please note, FLEXION cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit, so please ensure you keep your tracking number.
     
    International Returns
     
    If returning from overseas, you must mark on the postal company's consignment note that it is a return/replacement. This will ensure that the items do not attract additional customs duties and taxes again. As mentioned above, you are responsible for the cost of returning/exchanging the items. The initial cost of shipping will not be refunded.

    Refunds & Credit Notes
     
    If we are unable to deliver the item you ordered due to stock shortages or any other reason, you may either, wait until stock is available or opt to receive a credit note which can be used towards your next FLEXION purchase. We offer refunds and/or credit notes for faulty/damaged items or if the products you received is not what you ordered.
    Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The initial cost of shipping will not be refunded. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by FLEXION. Please allow approximately 14 days for your account to be credited.

    · We do not offer any exchanges or returns on SALE items
    · Exchanges can only be made if the intended item is in stock.
    · Always ensure the completed Exchange & Return Form and Invoice is included in your return parcel. This applies to all returns and exchanges.
